Chat Button and Invitation Implementation
Create the new HTML code in Admin Console.
> Admin Console
> Account Set Up
> Page Code Builder
> Select "Chat Button" deployment type
> In the Design tab, select "Customized" and copy and paste the following URL to the "Image Folder URL" field: http://images.liveperson.com/lp/holiday/1/
> Select "Finish", copy and paste the LivePerson Button tag and Monitor tag into your Web pages.
Automated Pro-Active Invitation on Selected Pages
Use LivePerson's rule engine to automatically send the holiday invitation images to your customers. To set up the rule, follow these steps:
> Admin Console
> Rules
> Visitor Rules
> Select the Rule Type: "When visitor enters page"
> Select the conditions and actions according to the screenshot .
